Shipping Information

SHIPPING INFORMATION.
Please make sure your email address and shipping information is correct when ordering. We will email you with any inventory issues or colour options if your items are not available. Orders are sent out twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please be patient with us as we try to get your orders out the door. We are working hard to keep up the demand while maintaining a clean work environment, with limited staff. With our online store when your order is packaged up we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Please note that this tracking number will NOT work right away. We will send it to you when we make the label but the tracking number itself won’t become active until our postal carrier (Chit Chats/Canada Post) scans it at the next stop. Chit Chats and Canada Post only work Monday to Friday, so if you get your tracking number on the weekend, it will not work until the following business day.
Apparel is sent separately straight from our manufacturer.  Typically, this product will be made in about a week, we will send you tracking information as soon as it's in the mail.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Shipping can take between a day and up to three weeks depending on your location. The farther you are from the west coast of Canada the longer it will take. We do not deliver on weekends. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number. This number will give you up to date information on your package and the anticipated delivery date. For orders shipped outside of Canada, please expect to wait longer. Please note, High Not Tired is not responsible for late deliveries due to Postal error.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer world wide shipping on all apparel. We are currently not shipping any other products aside from apparel outside of Canada and USA.
WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING WILL YOU USE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
We will ship your order in a discreet, plain box or mailer.
IS MY SHIPMENT INSURED?
All Packages are shipped fully insured. A replacement or refund will be sent to you if anything was to happen to your package. You need to contact us within 72 Hours of item reception for all damaged merchandise.
DO YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES INCLUDE CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES?
If you live outside of Canada, you may have to pay customs / import fees. This is up to your country’s border to calculate these fees and determine if they are applicable to your order. The total paid at check out does not include any possible customs, import or duty fees. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. High Not Tired will not mark any package as a “Gift” in order to attempt to avoid customs and duties fees. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. This is out of our control and there's nothing we can do to make them process your package faster. If you are charged customs, import or duty fees and you decide to reject the package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the package to you, shipping the package back to us, and the customs/import fees.  We will refund you the remaining amount after deducting those costs, if any. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
To make shipping more affordable to our customers, we use a service called Chit Chats who work with Canada Post, USPS and Asendia to make sure you get the best service possible.

We offer free shipping within Canada on orders $100 (cad) and above (pre tax), and on orders $120 (cad) and above (pre tax) on orders to the USA. Please note, as our apparel is sent straight from our manufacturers, we do NOT offer free shipping on these products.

Expedited - 1-2kg: $30.00
Expedited - 2kg +: $32.00
Standard - 0-0.9kg: $15.00
Standard - 1-2kg: $17.00
Standard - 2-2.9kg: $20.00
Standard - 3kg +: $25.00-$30

Please note, quoted shipping times are calculated to major centres and based on average time. Pricing may vary based on item weight. The final price will be reflected in checkout.

For Northern Regions and Remote Centres shipping times can take longer than quoted.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all Visa, Mastercard and Debit Cards, except for Amex.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
High Not Tired is hosted by Shopify, who takes PCI compliance seriously, and helps you feel protected with every transaction. It provides SSL certificates to improve security and trust in our store.

Orders and Returns

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER - HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS?
You will be sent a second email with a tracking number the day the shipment packaged and sent. Go to www.canadapost.ca and use that number to track your package. If you don't receive tracking or shipping confirmations, please check your junk mail folder.
I (FORGOT TO PICK UP MY PARCEL AT THE POST OFFICE; I ACCIDENTALLY SENT IT TO OLD/WRONG ADDRESS) AND IT WAS SENT BACK. HOW CAN I GET IT RESENT?
Once the package returns to our facility you will have the option to get a credit note, minus shipping fees associated with its return back to our store, or to get it re-mailed back to you. Please contact us to start the reshipment process. You will have to cover return shipping costs plus the cost to ship it again to you. Once paid, we will reship the parcel for a second time.
MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK!
Contact us via the contact form on our website and we will confirm your tracking number.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?
Yes, it is possible to cancel before it ships, but once you have received the first confirmation email your cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover costs of the credit card transaction.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange within 14 days of original purchase. ** Some exceptions apply.**
**All items are inspected and in working condition, before leaving the store.
** Items must be unused and in original packaging.  If a security seal has been broken, or tags are missing from clothing, we are unable to accept the return.
** The customer is responsible for freight charges back to us.

THREADLESS

THREADLESS INFORMATION.
For some of our products and merch, we use the print on demand service, Threadless. These items include shoes, bedding, rugs, blankets, bags and more.

ALL High Not Tired sales made on Threadless, are the responsibility of the customer and Threadless ONLY.
- High Not Tired are in no way responsible for faulty products, lost shipments, pricing etc on Threadless items. 
- The customer acknowledges that all sales made on Threadless are the responsibility of Threadless. Any questions in regards to Threadless products must be directed to Threadless directly via www.threadless.com
- High Not Tired are in no way responsible for any refunds/exchanges etc on items purchased on Threadless.
- Items sale and discounted items on www.highnottired.ca do not reflect in any way sales and discounts on www.threadless.com (and vice-versa)
The customer agrees that they do not hold High Not Tired responsible for any purchases made on Threadless.
