The 2020 'M'

The 2020 "M", still constructed from medical grade stainless steel, now features the Captive Cap functional geometry, faceted tip with airflow serrations, adjust-a-bowl technology to reduce the extraction chamber by 50% for easy micro-dosing, chiral airports for calibrated high turbulence air injection, and a 10mm tapered mouthpiece.

    To use your VapCap:

    1. Most Important! Before your first use, please read all of these instructions and then do at least two, preferably more than two, dry runs with nothing in the VapCap! This is very important to become familiar with the operation of the unit and prevent unintentional combustion residues.
    2. 1. The VapCap is unlike any other vaporizer, so give it a few tries empty to get the feel of its unique temperature-indicating click. Heat the VapCap in a quiet area, listen and feel so you know what you are looking for. If you are using a torch lighter, this should not take more than 5 or 6 seconds. Heat the middle of the cap not the end and rotate while heating. If more than 6 seconds go by and you don’t hear the click, stop heating and let it cool down.
    3. 2. If you severely overheat your VapCap it can be permanently damaged. It is very important you hear the cool down click, or allow it to cool to the touch, before heating for the next cycle. Repeat this procedure several times to get the feel of how this little unit operates.
    4. 3. When you are ready for the first use, let it cool down, then remove the cap from the VapCap.
    5. 4. Fill the VapCap chamber with your material of choice. This can be done easily by pushing the VapCap into a container of your material and twisting. Pre-grinding your material is NOT needed like when using a bat or hitter. If you prefer to grind, go coarse. Finely ground material will get through the diffuser disc and into the unit.
    6. 5. Place the cap back on the VapCap.
    7. 6. Heat up the metal cap of your VapCap while rotating it, with the flame or heat source applied to the last third of the metal cap. Try to only apply heat to the side of the cap and NOT the end. This is not like lighting a smoking device.
    8. 7. Continue rotating and heating the cap until you hear and or feel a click - this means the VapCap is ready!
    9. 8. Puff on the mouthpiece. Experiment a little here. If you draw with the air hole completely plugged the flow will seem somewhat restricted. This is normal. Some find they get the best result by taking a long, slow steady draw with the hole completely open, and others will intermittently or lightly cover the air/vapor mix port. The way air flows through the VapCap cools the vapor to provide a smooth experience.
    10. 9. Keep drawing as desired until you hear the click again, this means the VapCap has cooled down.
    11. 10. When the vapor production diminishes, it is easy to reactivate. a. Make sure the VapCap has re-clicked “to cool” before reheating for the next cycle. b. If you are not sure if it has re-clicked, gently blow on the end to cool it. It may take up to 1 minute to reset.
    12. 11. When there is no longer any desirable vapor produced, and the cap has clicked “to cool”, remove the cap. The consumed material can be either blown out the end, or the little tang on the cap is also a wonderful “digger outer.”
    13. 12. Reload for another round of simple and wonderful vapor.

    Tips:
    1. - It is recommended that you use a butane torch style lighter with your VapCap.
    2. - Wait until you hear or feel the reset click or at least 30 seconds after the VapCap stops producing vapor to reheat.
    3. - It is VERY important to wait until you hear the cool down click before applying more heat.
    4. - Stop heating your VapCap as soon as you hear the click until you get to know each other better.
    5. - You can vary the intensity of the flavor by using the air/vapor adjustment port.
    6. - Depending on your personal preference and heat source, as well as how many cycles since the VapCap was loaded, you may want to apply heat for 1-2 seconds after the click. This will provide for a different level of roasted flavor.
    7. - DO NOT APPLY HEAT FOR MORE THAN 3 SECONDS PAST THE CLICK! OVERHEATING WILL PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE VAPCAP!
    8. - The end of the VapCap gets very hot during and following use. Do not touch the hot end until it has cooled. Also please do not put the hot end into your mouth.
    9. - The VapCap can be safely put back in its Special Case or reloaded after the cool down click is heard.

      Please make sure your email address and shipping information is correct when ordering. We will email you with any inventory issues or colour options if your items are not available.

      Please be patient with us as we try to get your orders out the door. We are working hard to keep up the demand while maintaining a clean work environment, with limited staff.

      With our online store when your order is packaged up we will send you a shipping confirmation email.
      Please note that this tracking number will NOT work right away. We will send it to you when we make the label but the tracking number itself won’t become active until Canada post scans it at the next stop. Canada Post only works Monday to Friday, so if you get your tracking number on the weekend, it will not work until the following business day.

      Shipping within Canada.


      Due to the nature of our products you will need to be 19 years of age or older and provide proof of age upon delivery. Please pay special attention to this as this is a Health Canada and Canada Post requirement.
      If no one is home at the time the package will be taken to your local post office for you to pick up with your ID. Only the person whose name is on the package can sign for it.

      If you place an order and are unable to produce a valid piece of ID, we are in no way responsible, and unable to give refunds.

      How much is shipping (Canada)?


      Shipping is FREE on all orders over $150.

      Do your shipping charges include customs and duty fees?

      If you live outside of Canada, you may have to pay customs / import fees. This is up to your country’s border to calculate these fees and determine if they are applicable to your order. The total paid at check out does not include any possible customs, import or duty fees. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

      Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. High Not Tired will not mark any package as a “Gift” in order to attempt to avoid customs and duties fees.

      Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. This is out of our control and there's nothing we can do to make them process your package faster.

      If you are charged customs, import or duty fees and you decide to reject the package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the package to you, shipping the package back to us, and the customs/import fees.  We will refund you the remaining amount after deducting those costs, if any.

      How long will it take to get my order?


      Shipping can take a day and up to two weeks depending on your location. The farther you are from the west coast of Canada the longer it will take.
      Canada Post does not deliver on weekends. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number.
      This number will give you up to date information on your package and the anticipated delivery date.

      For orders shipped outside of Canada, please expect to wait longer.

      Please note, High Not Tired is not responsible for late deliveries due to Postal error.

      What type of packaging will you use to ship my order?


      We will ship your order in a discreet, plain box or mailer.

      Damages during Shipping, is my Shipment Insured?


      All Packages are shipped fully insured. A replacement or refund will be sent to you if anything was to happen to your package.
      You need to contact us within 72 Hours of item reception for all damaged merchandise.

      You don’t ship to my country – what do I do?

      I haven’t received my order – how do I check the status?


      You will be sent a second email with a tracking number the day the shipment packaged and sent.
      Go to www.canadapost.ca and use that number to track your package. If you don't receive tracking or shipping confirmations, please check your junk mail folder.

      I (forgot to pick up my parcel at the post office; I accidentally sent it to my old/wrong address ) and it was sent back.
      How can I get my package resent?


      Once the package returns to our facility you will have the option to get a credit note, minus shipping fees associated with its return back to our store, or to get it re-mailed back to you.
      Please contact us to start the reshipment process. You will have to cover return shipping costs plus the cost to ship it again to you.
      Once paid, we will reship the parcel for a second time.

      My tracking number doesn’t work!


      Contact us via the contact form on our website and we will confirm your tracking number.

      Can I cancel my order before it ships?


      Yes, it is possible to cancel before it ships, but once you have received the first confirmation email your cancellation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover costs of the credit card transaction.

      Can I return my order?


      If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange within 14 days of original purchase. ** Some exceptions apply**

      **All glass, scales and consumable products are final sale. All items are inspected and in working condition, before leaving the store.

      ** Items must be unused and in original packaging.  If a security seal has been broken, or tags are missing from clothing, we are unable to return an item.

      ** The customer is responsible for freight charges back to us.

      Refunds

      No refunds, exchange only.

      Warranty

       We are unable to exchange vaporizers, unless you have an unused, DOA unit. For this reason, we advise you become familiar with a vaporizer before ordering, try to test one out or research the item before purchasing.

      If you have an unused DOA unit, please contact us right away and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

      Once a vaporizer has had product in it, all vaporizer warranties are direct through the manufacturer.

      20% Restocking fee will apply to all returns.

      If your shipment arrives damaged, we require you to email us a photograph showing the detail of the damage. We will need this for our insurance and we may require you to send the package back. If the product was damaged by the shipper, we will ship a replacement or refund your credit card if out of stock.

       

      All of our items ship with the same warranty as if purchased directly from the manufacturer.  If your product requires warranty service, we will direct you as to the most expeditious route to obtain the service, typically directly from the manufacturer with our assistance.  In our experience, this is the most beneficial way to obtain the proper repairs and servicing for your products.


      Threadless


      For some of our products and merch, we use the print on demand service, Threadless. These items include shoes, bedding, rugs, blankets, bags and more.

      ALL High Not Tired sales made on Threadless, are the responsibility of the customer and Threadless ONLY.
        • High Not Tired are in no way responsible for faulty products, lost shipments, pricing etc on Threadless items. 

        • The customer acknowledges that all sales made on Threadless are the responsibility of Threadless. Any questions in regards to Threadless products must be directed to Threadless directly via www.threadless.com
